Looking for a Baycruiser 23

Hi there,
Happy owner of my second BR20, I would like a real shelter for longer expedition trips, and am currently looking for a Baycruiser 23.
Ketch rig would be my choice.
I have been trying to reach Loulabelle's owner at a time, but unfortunately with no success.
Anyone knows if she still is on the market ?
