BRE Centreboard Uphaul broken: BIG Trouble

1. case aft end - new block and modified attachment
2. case fore end - new block and modified attachment

Yet to be tested afloat, when it will be necessary to fine-tune rope travel/lengths.

ps - some barnacles and mussels (thumb nail size!) growing on the copper coat INSIDE the board box! I'll try to remember to rough up with a pan scourer before reassembly.

It will be worth while doing this work, if only to be assured that I can get the board case capping off again without major dramas, so as to check/clean.
