This is my first year with my BR20 S/V Vesper #110. When I took the boat off the trailer at the beginning of the summer, I did something (without using tools) that placed the back trailer rollers in a weird position.

Now we're getting into winter and I'd like to take the boat out of the water but I can't figure out how to get th rollers into the correct position. Any ideas?

The link below shows you the problem. I originally took for CLH Trailers, however I have not heard from them.

Nothing serious. Under load during launching the boat cradle and frame had elastically deformed so the cradle could slip past the bolt heads. Now, unloaded, the frame is untensioned and is a tad too narrow for the cradle to swing back past the boltheads. Just prise the frame bars apart a little, in the area of the boltheads, and let the cradle clear the boltheads. Use a small hydraulic piston jack or a crowbar, not a hammer. Or, just slide the foreward limiter fittings out of the way temporarily. C.

@Llafurio ! Thank you... you're absolutely right. I didn't need to use hydraulic piston jack or a crowbar. Just nudging the trailer extension with my knee was all it took. It didn't even occur to me to do this and I was reluctant to try and force anything, convinced that the solution was right in front of me- and it was.

Thank you for the help!
