Swallow Yachts Raid Mylor 2022

Thank you, Lara and Matt of Swallow Yachts, not only for organising and running the races but awarding prizes in a fair manner.   We must include and thank the two guys who also assisted in the safety boats marking the start and finishing lines, plus rescue.
Although coming last and not finishing Rosalind and I really enjoyed our week sailing in the companionship of others. It's interesting when you meet somebody new who comes from the same neck of the woods and belongs to the same Model Engineering Club.   
However we did get a consolation prize for getting wrapped round a mooring buoy and its pick up line. After the rescue boat push and pulled we did become free.  I had been warned !!
Thank you again to everybody most enjoyable week. E very time I have been away with a group of Swallow boats it's been a memorable time.
